MultusMEMS is a company that develops MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical system) components and helps you to develop customized MEMS products. We can also be your consultant in different situations. We have know-how from academia, MEMS fabrication industry, and materials science and have several years of experience in MEMS. We focus on design and project management from early R&D stages and through the whole product development cycle. MultusMEMS is using skilled foundries for fabrication of the components to reduce risk. We can also provide you with recipes and licenses to integrate the function into your process. We have the network and know what it really takes to develop MEMS.
